ebalta spends a significant amount of money on exhibitions like GIFA, Composites Europe, JEC Paris and of course in the past at Euromold. The purpose of course is to generate new sales leads, but it is equally important for building the ebalta brand, expanding our global network and providing a focal point for our customers and distributors.
Of course we all have to keep an eye on our budgets so its great to see some of our distributors seizing the opportunity to showcase themselves and to trace how with the support of ebalta the global brand awareness grows with a clear consistent message and brand identity. Over the last months ebalta have worked closely with three of our European distributors to support them at exhibitions in their own country. We have worked closely together and where required we have assisted with stand design, graphic supply, exhibits, samples, brochures and of course have supplied a presence on the stand through our dedicated technical support team.
Lets take a look at some of the recent exhibitions in Europe:
September saw Turkey and Istanbul host the ANKIROS foundry exhibition. Turkey has become a major supplier of foundry products to Europe and the industry records growth of around 7-8% per year. ANKIROS is fast becoming one of the major foundry exhibitions in Europe attracting over 14,000 visitors. It boasts some 985 stands with exhibitors coming from over 45 countries.
The ebalta brand was well represented by our Turkish distributor Epoks. They were supported on the stand by our very own Franz Josef Schmid who of course has a wealth of foundry experience. ebalta supplied a number of design ideas and graphics to the Epoks team and Volkan did a great job of turning them into an interesting stand that generated a number of high quality leads.
October saw the Kompozyt Expo 2016 in Krakow, Poland. This was the
seventh time the event has been held and it gets bigger and better each
year. 2016 saw over 3,000 visitors attending the exhibition viewing over
250 stands. ebalta worked closely with the team at Prec Odlew providing graphics and exhibits for the show.
